Jess Molberg, senior director of behavioral health at Coordinated Care, said the company is focused on two primary issues this year.
“One is expanding the behavioral health workforce. We know there is a workforce shortage, specifically for BIPOC communities and LGBTQ+ communities. So the more intersected a person is, we want more therapists that look like their communities, and have that experience. The second thing we’re looking at is building out capacity.”
