There’s not enough interoperability between the computer systems, so I can’t find out really what happened to my patient except for what they say happened. I’m a pediatrician, and people can’t remember what the discharge weight was. They remember the birth rate, but not the discharge weight, and I have to call somebody. And it makes it very difficult.
