Project Access Now CEO Carly Hood-Ronick and Omar Al Rais, vice president of operations at the nonprofit, discussed Oregon’s Medicaid 1115 Demonstration Waiver. Hood-Ronick said it is the focus of many conversations Project Access Now has with partners.
“That conversation continues to come up. Project Access Now sits pretty squarely between the five major health systems in the region and our community partners. And we have a lot to both learn and offer as a partner as the waiver begins to look at non-medical resources and social care as a big aspect of what we want to achieve in Oregon.”
