Andrea Goetz, the executive director of the Child & Family Division at Carelon Behavioral Health, discussed Illinois’s Children’s Behavioral Transformation Initiative and its significance for children’s health at the 2023 Illinois State of Reform Health Policy Conference. She also told us she’s focused on ensuring children have access to the necessary preventive services before more acute conditions emerge.
