The inaugural 2023 Tennessee State of Reform Health Policy Conference will be taking place in-person at the Omni Nashville Hotel on November 8th, 2023!

State of Reform pulls together practitioners, thought leaders, and policy makers – each working to improve our healthcare system in their own way – into a unified conversation in a single place. If you are interested in understanding what occurs at the nexus of healthcare policy and politics, then this is the conference for you.

Tennessee healthcare leaders continue to work to improve maternal health equity outcomes. As the state’s Maternal Mortality Review Committee collects maternal health data and develops recommended strategies for improving maternal health, it’s important for the health sector to keep exploring collaborative solutions to bridge equity gaps in maternal health, particularly related to race. Nashville’s Metro Public Health Department recently expanded its mental health services to include clinical practitioners stationed at each of its city clinics to improve access, and Gov.
