Breaking: HHS Secretary Sebelius Has Resigned

Breaking News: The Associated Press and New York Times have reported that HHS Secretary Kathleen Sebelius, who oversaw the bumpy rollout of Obamacare, will resign.
The New York Times is reporting that President Obama accepted Sebelius’s resignation this week and will nominate Sylvia Mathews Burwell, director of the Office of Management and Budget, to replace her.
