The 75 Organizations Which Commented on the OIC Provider Network Rule

OIC Logo

In reading the final provider network adequacy rule from the OIC, I was a little surprised at the number and diversity of organizations which participated.  In our cursory scan, and our collective rememberances – which are admittedly incomplete – this struck us as perhaps the broadest, longest list of respondents to any OIC rule we’ve seen.

That would be a sign of both the controversy and the impact of the rule.

Here is a complete list of commenting organizations during this latest rule making process.
