Breaking: Bruce Goldberg Resigns Again, This Time from Cover Oregon
Cover Oregon’s board of directors accepted the resignation today of acting executive director Bruce Goldberg, the Statesman-Journal is reporting.
Goldberg also resigned three weeks ago from his position as director of the Oregon Health Authority.
According to the Statesman-Journal, the exchange board voted today to hire Portland “turn-around” firm Hamstreet & Associates to provide executive leadership for the exchange while its search for permanent executive director continues.
That search, begun in mid-February, is being conducted by Olympia-based Karras Consulting.
The Statesman-Journal reports that the search has narrowed to seven finalists for the position.
