A Week Later, Cover Oregon Still Offline

Oregon’s health exchange, Cover Oregon, still remains unable to enroll individuals for health insurance even with agents and navigators that were given early access to the site.

As of Monday, more than 1,300 applications to determine eligibility for federal subsidies and tax credits remain unprocessed. Agents and navigators won’t be able to enroll people using Cover Oregon until Oct. 9 at the earliest, a spokesperson said on Monday.
