2019 Colorado State of Reform: Driving Value out of Colorado’s Health Care System: Katherine Mulready
Some of the more interesting and insightful leaders at the cutting edge of value in health care joined our closing keynote session. This cross-silo discussion featured trends in pricing, measuring quality, and in those contracts which exist at the nexus between plans and providers. Katherine Mulready weighs in on the status of health care legislation in the state, saying that there has been both a political change, and a shift away from collaboration. Mulready also discusses the need for more work to be done on Colorado’s new public option legislation, but agrees that it is the beginning of a very important conversation around health care in the state.
