The funds will provide lump sum payments to eligible community behavioral health treatment providers contracted and receiving payment through a managed care organization or behavioral health administrative service organization.

In January 2023, behavioral health treatment providers will receive a 7% increase in their Medicaid reimbursement rates.

Currently, $92 million has been offered to many community behavioral health treatment providers. Behavioral health providers who returned their signed contracts no later than midnight on Friday will receive payments on Sept. 30th. Signed contracts returned between Friday and Oct. 31st will be paid within 10 business days.

Most payments will be issued through ProviderOne and they may be combined with other active payments.

Organizations that are not already enrolled and receiving payments through ProviderOne can email [email protected] for instructions on how to receive payment.
