SunLife HomeCare acquired by Addus HomeCare Corporation
Tuscon based SunLife HomeCare has been acquired for an undisclosed amount by the Addus HomeCare Corporation.
SunLife brings in annualized revenues of $2.6 million.

In addition to Tuscon, the care coordination company offers home care services in Texas. These services include Personal Care Assistance, Respite Care, Companionship, Chronic Disease, and a range of Specialty Services.

According to Hospice News’ reporting, Addus’ growth strategy focuses on co-locating hospice and home health assets in markets in which they already have a substantial personal care presence. Presently, the company provides hospice, home health, and personal care services to nearly 44,000 patients through 215 locations in 25 states.
