Office of Attorney General seeks litigation support services

The Office of the Attorney General has released a request for proposal for litigation support services.

The AGO aims to create a vendor pool of prequalified contractors across the state. Vendors may be chosen from the pool for specific assignments as they arise. The contract will last two years with a budget of $3 million. The AGO does not guarantee a minimum purchase from any contractor and may extend the contract another year.

Chosen vendors will be responsible for litigation support services, including both discovery and trial/courtroom presentation services. Vendors must be able to provide services in at least one of the following categories

  • Data Collection Services
  • Forensic Services
  • Data Processing
  • Analytics
  • Production and Media
  • Hosting and Storage
  • Document Review and Staffing Services
  • Specialty Services: Audio
  • Consulting, Testimonial, and Professional Services
  • Trial and Courtroom Presentation Services

The AGO is seeking vendors in all 39 counties.
