5 THINGS WE’RE WATCHING – June 2012

Thursday the Supreme Court will offer its decision on the Affordable Care Act.  There was a time when we thought this would offer some clarity about the road ahead.

What is now strikingly clear, however, is the chaos that lies on the other side of that decision – one that is likely to overturn at least parts of the Act.  That decision, and other key items are on our watch list for this month.
