It’s a busy week for the Washington Health Benefit Exchange (HBE).  On Wednesday, the Exchange Board will be meeting at the Marriott Hotel, SeaTac where the focus will be on dental plans and the navigator program.  In documents provided online for the upcoming meeting, it’s pointed out that revenue needs must be sustained starting in 2015:
